We made it safely to San Quintin around 4:30pm yesterday. After some orientation with the staff, we got settled in, had dinner and some worship and sharing and by then everyone was pretty tired and we went to bed.
This morning we had our own worship and challenge from God's Word, then we went to a flea market in town to experience some culture. After lunch this afternoon we went to the beach for a couple hours. This evening we got to experience church with the local believers. Tonight after dinner the students got prepared for their parts of VBS.
Spirits are good, everyone is healthy so far, we are eating well and enjoying each other! Tomorrow we start work projects and VBS. The team seems very excited about the opportunity we have to be here. Pray for rest and strength and for us to be willing servants for God's use and His glory.
